- 40 ft slip: $1,200
- 45 ft slip: $1,350
- 50 ft slip: $1,500
- 55 ft slip: $1,650
- 60 ft slip: $1,800
Includes one parking access card. Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage. Minimum monthly utility fee applies.
We also offer a monthly rate of $12.50 per foot of slip.
On Land Winter Storage: (Nov 1st - March 31st)

- < 49': $40.00 per/ft
- > 50': $50.00 per/ft
- Dry Inside
- < 49': $55.00 per/ft
- > 50': $75.00 per/ft
*Baltimore Marine Center will not haul out or accept wooden boats of any kind unless approved by the marina owner or marina manager.
