- 40 ft: $6,300.00/year, plus electric
- 52 ft: $7,600.00/year, plus metered electric
- Slip rates are determined by the length of slip or boat, which ever is larger.
- Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage.
- Boats larger than slip size will be billed and additional $140.00 per ft.
- All rentals requires signed lease.
Annual Agreement Includes:
- Concrete floating piers
- Two scheduled haul outs and power washes (blocking & laydays not included)
- Fuel discount (gasoline and diesel) at our fuel piers
- Usage of the pool and health club at the Harbor Court Intercontinental Hotel
- Parking (one space)
- Usage of the outdoor pools at other BMC locations: Lighthouse Point and Harborview, including complimentary daily dockage (holiday & special event weekends are upon availability)
- Boater's lounge
- Cable TV
- Water
- Wi Fi (wireless internet)
- Pump out hook up at each slip
- Towing package on Chesapeake Bay, MD waters
