• Weekdays:   $ 2.00 ft/per day, plus electric   (Monday – Thursday)
• Weekends:   $ 2.50 ft/per day, plus electric   (Friday, Saturday, Sundays, Holidays, Special Events)
• Dock 'N Dine: Stay with us while visiting Inner Harbor restaurants and attractions:
  • $20.00 up to 2 hours
  • $30.00 up to 3 hours
  • Greater than 3 hours, overnight transient rates apply

• Grand Prix – Special Event Prices: $3.00/per foot inside slips $4.00/per foot on outside walkway.* 

Dockside Utilities*:

• Cable TV, pump out included.
• Electric:
  • 30 AMP Electric:   $18.00 per day
  • 50 AMP electric:   $18.00 per day
  • Single (1) Phase 100 AMP:   $40.00 per day

  Splitters may be rented for $5.00/day on first come, first served basis

*Management reserves the right to charge overage for excessive usage

ASK ABOUT OUR SUMMER FUN PASS!    30 anytime days to be use any time during the 2012 boating season.  Cost is $60/ft. and includes utilities*  Days may be used at any BMC Marina (Inner Harbor, HarborView and Lighthouse Point) and do not have to be used consecutively.  *Utilities not included for vessels docked on the outside.  Other restrictions may apply.

*Reservation/Cancellation Policy: 

   Non-Holiday/Non-Special Event Weekends:

   Reservations require a one night deposit, charged at time of booking.   Cancellations made prior to
   48 hours before date of reservation will receive 100% refund.  Within 48 hours, guests will receive
   one night credit valid for up to one year (excluding holidays and special events). 

   Holiday/Special Event Weekends:

   Reservations require payment in full, charged at time of booking.   Cancellations made prior to 48
   hours before date of reservation will receive credit on account valid for up to one year (excluding
   holidays/special events).    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-
   refundable.
