- Slip rates are determined by the length of slip or boat, which ever is larger.
- Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage.
- Boats larger than slip size will be billed and additional $150.00 per ft.
- All rentals requires signed lease.
Annual Agreements Include:
- Floating piers
- Valet parking and one space
- Usage of the pool and health club at the Harbor Court Intercontinental Hotel
- Usage of the outdoor pools at other BMC locations: Lighthouse Point and Harborview, including complimentary daily dockage (holiday & special event weekends are upon availability)
- Cable TV
- Water
- Pump out hook up at each slip
- Fuel discount (gasoline and diesel) at our BMC fuel docks
- Two scheduled haul outs and power washes (blocking & lay days not included)
- Towing package on Chesapeake Bay, MD waters
