BMC at Inner Harbor West is conveniently located in downtown Baltimore.
Directions by Land
From the North:
- Follow 95 S toward Baltimore, staying in right lane through the Fort McHenry Tunnel
- Exit right immediately after the tunnel onto Key Highway.
- Bear right at light onto Key Highway
- Follow approximately 1 mile to 400 Key Highway
The marina will be on the right side on the premises of the Rusty Scupper Restaurant. Parking is available in the parking garage on-site.
From the South:
- Follow 95 N toward Baltimore.
- Take the last exit before tunnel on to Key Highway.
- Stay left at the light onto Key Highway
- Follow approximately 1 mile to 400 Key Highway.
The marina is on the right, on the premises of the Rusty Scupper Restaurant. Parking is available in the parking garage on-site.
From Baltimore North:
- Take 83 S to downtown Baltimore.
- Turn right onto Lombard Street.
- Turn left on Light Street (stay in left lanes)
- Bear left onto Key Highway by the Maryland Science Center.
- Follow Key Highway for approximately 1/10 mile to 400 Key Highway.
The marina will be on the left hand side of Key Highway on the premises of the Rusty Scupper Restaurant. Parking is available in the parking garage on-site.

Directions by Water
Chesapeake Bay to the Brewerton Channel (Patapsco River), follow the Patapsco River in until Fort McHenry.
Take Fort McHenry down your port side side, follow the Harbor channel all the way into the city. Our facility is the last marina on your port side. Look for the Rusty Scupper Restaurant and Inner Harbor Marina fuel signs.
