- Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage.
- Minimum monthly utility fee applies. Utilities include cable tv, WiFi, pump out and water.
On Land Winter Storage (at the Pier 7 Service Yard):

- > 50': $50.00 per/ft
- Dry Inside
- < 49': $55.00 per/ft
- > 50': $75.00 per/ft
