- $120 per foot/year, plus metered electric
- Slip rates are determined by the length of slip or boat, which ever is larger.
- Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage.
- Minimum monthly utility fee applies. Utilities include cable TV, WiFi, pump out and water.
- Live-aboard fee of $1,200.
- All rentals require signed lease.
Annual Agreement Includes:
- Floating & secure piers
- Two scheduled haul outs and power washes (blocking & lay days not included)
- Fuel discount (gasoline and diesel) at BMC fuel docks (Inner Harbor and Lighthouse Point)
- Access to two pools:
- Resident pool at the Pier Homes
- Outdoor pool and bar on-site at Tiki Barge
- Usage of the health club at Harbor Towers
- Boater's lounge with internet access and coffee shop
- Parking
- Cable TV and Wi Fi
- Water
- Pump out
- Complimentary daily dockage at other BMC marinas (holiday & special event weekends excluded), with full use of amenities.
