- Boats up to 20 ft LOA: $3,000/year
- Boats 21 – 30 ft. LOA : $3,500/year
- Boats 31 – 40 ft. LOA: $3,900/year
- Rates are determined by the length of boat over all, to be determined by BMC, and includes bow pulpits, swim platforms, outboard motors and any extensions from bow
- All rentals requires signed lease.
- Boatel is open April 1st – October 31st
Annual Agreement Includes:
- Indoor storage
- Launch and pickup – once a day
- Use of reserved courtesy slip (based on availability, transient rates are charged for holidays and special events).
- Wash rack
- Parking
- Pool membership (boat owner, significant other & children under 18 living at home)
- Health Club membership (boat owner and significant other over 18 years)
- Fuel discount (gasoline and diesel) at our fuel piers
- Chesapeake Bay Assist Towing Package
